Shipping policy

This policy explains how Black Death LLC processes and ships your order.

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Depending on the size of your order, delivery can take up to 18 days from purchase.
  • We advise allowing up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
  • If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us and we will step in to see what is going on. Your order is still within our delivery timeframe at that point, but we want to make sure everything is on track.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, timeframes may run longer. We will email you if there is a significant delay.

2. Preorders

  • Preorder items ship on or before the estimated ship date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. The delivery timeframe above begins once your preorder ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address.

4. Production and Fulfillment Partners

Some products are produced and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners on our behalf. Orders with items from different partners may arrive in separate packages.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. International Orders

  • International orders may take longer than the timeframes above.
  • Black Death LLC is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or tariffs. All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Black Death LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier once shipped. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and let us know so we can help where possible.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, see Section 4 of our Refund Policy. Photo and video proof is required.
  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
